Do you ever feel like you need a little peppermint in your life? OK, A lot of peppermint in your life sometimes? Today would be one of those days for me....tunnel hearing, numbness and tingling to both sides of the head and down the neck, pain in high cheek bones, temples and nose, drilling from back to front of cranial, type like migraine headaches, sail boat head, tired to pow eyes, vomitus feelings, lights no good, feel like a ton of weights just moving from one place to another...hello!! Is there life in there?? Where is it??? Peppermint I tell you! Peppermint and Wild Orange Essential Oils bring it to surface, that life you are looking for..Goodbye headaches, and vomiting - Hello sunshine, easy breathing, and bright eyes! Can we just say too - I Love EO Medal Roller Ball Bottles..yup! LOVE, Love is the right word, in case you were wondering. 

Dehydration! Low blood pressure - Oh Yeah! This is the life. Well at least it all relates to my upcoming class on migraines. **Wink**wink, well and gives an excuse to do some more writing...

So! This journey of much light continues on. My Story. If you haven't read my last post you should. After Sally explained to me the joys she had found through consistent use of doTERRA CPTG Essential Oils, she wanted me to experience that same joy for myself. We related what could be used for my health and healing. We talked about my acute bronchitis, pneumonia and strep throat scenarios. Me being on the airport ramp for so long with the exposure to the cold and damp weather hindering my health. My doctors always kicked my butt about that by the way. "Get Off the Ramp!! This is not a request"...which I responded with blah, blah, blah being that I loved the job. Not the best response, I had gotten much worse of course since then. Then In 2004 Rheumatic fever hit in Pennsylvania while visiting family. This was after my hubby (who we'll call Jimmy) and my honey moon in the EU. Jimmy's mom and hubby were a little beside themselves and took me in to one of their country doctors - who nailed it on the head (has never happened before FYI - the right diagnosis that is). It would be awesome to have this doctor in my pocket so I could have him wherever I was. Seriously good doctor. Then in 2006 I had a major accident on the airport ramp (we'll come back to this another time). Going back over these things just a bit with Sally, not my entire health history - but about what was most needed, we came to a determination (a no brainier of course!). It's all about the Immune System, Detoxing and Supplementing. So after our assessment the box of goodies from Sally and Betty was sent and I signed up to get supplements on a monthly basis. 

The determination from the assessment Sally and I made on my health:

A Journey of much light!!! This.Is.It.

In "2012" my two beautiful and inspired sisters found me in Utah and banged down my door! Haha..No, not literally. I received a phone call from my younger sister, we'll call her Sally, who had results to tell me about with her own health. Up until this point I thought my health was pretty parallel to hers. She had tumors, a type of bone cancer, high blood pressure, liver and kidney issues, some injuries, and allergies growing by the second and a big one here! - EBV Epstein-Barr Virus, better known as mono...which we all have for the most part as a human race, but seems to run really strong in parts of our family. EBV breaks down the Immune system to the point of having none. Leaving you to catch everything under the sun. Sally, caught it through sharing her water bottle with a friend who was infected. You see, you catch EBV through Saliva. Crazy! Right!? Truly watch out for those sneezes that your around. No Thank You!!! Well, I was never tested. But, if you haven't read my last post you should. If you have, you would know that I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis at one point. Not only has this been a strong indicator of a poor immune system, but strep, pneumonia and more have been a regular play in my life as well. SO...Remember (for those who read my last post, if you haven't you should) me saying this is a journey of much light!!! This. Is. It. Her knowing my health issues, this call from Sally was Ah Inspiring.........For more than a couple of reasons. 1, when Sally called me she first started out by being really excited. Why, is this ah inspiring you ask? Considering the health aspect, come on! Those who have been sick a lot - who has a lot of any energy here? 2, the Why behind Sally's Excitement. Sally called partially to give me results from a hospital visit. We'll come back to this. I've known every detail of Sally's medical history, there has never been a positive. Fowl up Surgeries, medication side effects..the new Results, one of Sally's Tumors was completely Gone! 3, the 2nd part of the Why behind Sally's excitement. I asked Sally, how? How is the tumor gone? Things were defiantly getting worse here. This is when she told me about Essential Oils, specifically doTERRA CPTG Essential Oils. Frankincense has been a big game changer for her, DDR Prime, LLV (you'll see links for these above) Frankincense is a DNA changer. I didn't know this until Sally explained it to me and even then you don't really know something until you have studied it out and experienced the truth of it for yourself, right?! 4, You didn't think there would be a 4 did ya!? 4, Sally knowing my health, wanted to serve, to share with me the light she had received - she was so excited she could not contain it and honestly so was I. Knowing her health background and the exciting good news she had just given me...when she wanted me to try the oils on my self, how could I say no?! I wanted to see the results work for me too! Sally and my older sister, we'll call her Betty both were in for sending me an entire box of goodies to start me on this continued journey of light....stay tuned for what happens next.
